Business Systems Analyst

Requirements:
Carrot BA/BS degree, preferably in Business, Computer Science, or related field
Carrot Minimum 2 to 5 years in professional consulting with technology implementations
Carrot Expert use of MS Office, Visio, and Project Plan
Carrot Working knowledge of SQL Server database and reporting software
Carrot Experience with t-SQL or performing query analysis with similar tools

Resposibilities
Driving the implementation schedule with Systems Engineer

Inside Sales Account Manager

Role
MethodCare is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager in our Chicago headquarters who has a successful track record turning cold calls and emails into new business. This position's main responsibility will be to generate and assist in closing new business opportunities. The position requires a fearless attitude towards prospecting and confident presentation skills. An ideal candidate for this position can approach problem-solving challenges independently, a strong attention to detail, enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-based environment.

Requirements:
Carrot 2+ years inside sales experience, preferably with healthcare or technology clients.
Carrot Developing a prospecting strategy will encompass 70% of the position's time.
– The inside sales associate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive prospecting
strategy to drive the number of active opportunities. The prospecting strategy should dovetail with the sales plans
provided by the sales manager to focus on priority accounts and initiatives outlined in the sales plan. Tactics will
include development of targeted lead lists; cold calls, scheduling demos/meetings for the sales manager;
conducting basic pre-call research to increase internal knowledge of accounts the sales person is calling on
or visiting; and determine the preliminary scope of the customer opportunity.
Carrot Opportunity planning and management will encompass 20% of the position's time.
– The inside sales associate is responsible for working with the sales team to timely and accurately forecast sales
prospects according to product, timeline and value. The inside sales associate will also identify, cultivate and assist
in closing newbusiness opportunities.
Carrot CRM management and maintenance will encompass 10% of the position's time.
– A key element of the inside sales associate's role will be to maintain accurate and timely information regarding
opportunities in Salesforce. This will include working with the sales team to be sure that the pipeline information is
updated and accurately reflects current opportunities; notes and next steps are current; and other relevant
information is captured.
Carrot Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers
and the general public.

Integration Developer

Requirements:
Carrot BA/BS degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology
Carrot Minimum 3 to 5 years working with enterprise-level databases (100GB+) using Microsoft technologies
Carrot Expert knowledge of data structures, database design, stored procedures and query optimization, including
a strong understanding of SQL Server (2005 and 2008) internals (DMVs, system level tables, etc.)
Carrot Experience with T-SQL programming
Carrot Experience with Microsoft SSIS
Carrot Experience with Microsoft SSRS
Carrot Experience with OLAP tools, specifically Microsoft SSAS
Carrot Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities:
Contributing to the overall design, development and deployment of MethodCare's data model
Contributing to requirements definition, design and reviews as it relates to the data and database
Participate in all stages of software development including refining product vision, gathering requirements, data
and database design, coding, testing, release, and support, including ensuring the most efficient utilization
of SQL Server
Ensure software created and released conforms to quality requirements by accurately writing and executing
test plans


Implementation Manager

Requirements:
BA/BS degree, preferably in Business, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 3 to 5 years working in healthcare revenue cycle software and/or consulting with hands-on experience
as an implementation manager leading business and technology strategy projects and full lifecycle software
implementation projects
Demonstrated experience managing technical engagements including proposal development, estimation, and
day-to-day project management experience (project plans, scope, time tracking, budgeting, status reporting,
risk, etc.)
Experience with healthcare data quality standards and data management
Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change
efforts effectively
Strong writing skills coupled with the ability to draft client worthy materials (e.g. deliverables, memorandums,
project plans, etc.)
Strong teamwork, collaboration, and leadership skills
Ability to facilitate team meetings effectively
Ability to lead and mentor other team members while leading projects
Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality
Excellent analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of SQL Server database and reporting software
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project Plan

Responsibilities:
Coordinating large healthcare software implementations through all project phases.
Delivering all commitments on schedule
Serve as the point person for client coordination between IT and the business office to communicate technical
concepts to non-technical business people
Interfacing with director-level and executive client leadership
Responsible for the fiscal performance of each implementation team
 


Sales Executive

Requirements:

Carrot This position requires significant travel to customer sites, meeting, and various tradeshows/conferences acros
the U.S.
Carrot Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent training in business or sales management

Systems Engineer

Requirements:
BS or MS in computer science
Minimum of 5 years with database development and analysis reporting

Proficiency with ETL, data cleaning and importing
Experience in data warehousing and design
Highly self-motivated, desire to succeed, and strong attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
Gather the technical client requirements for MethodCare software implementation
Lead the reporting and analysis configuration for each client set-up
Implement timely automated processing for software implementations
Support project teams with analysis and system updates
